Canada Post ships orders within 24 hours of order placement. Please keep in mind that Canada Post does not pick up on weekends or Statutory Holidays, in addition we cannot control shipping delays caused by Canada Post services.
We offer flat rate shipping within Ontario. Outside of Ontario could be subject to different shipping and or tax rates.
TRACKING
Once your order is placed, if you have chosen flat rate shipping as your method of choice, you will receive a tracking number within 48 hours to the email address you provided in order to track your shipment. All packages are delivered without signature to prevent shipment delays.
Please keep an eye on when your package is set to deliver before asking us to track it for you.
ITEM MISSING?
If you think you are missing a product, please check your packing slip. Take a photo of what you received, send it in and we will review it. We electronically store a picture of all shipments, so we will compare against what we shipped.

Waist Trainers may be exchanged for a better size within 24-48 hours of your purchase if tried on, on top of your clothing. You must put the Waist Trainer back in its original packaging until the time of your exchange. Waist Trainers can only be exchanged for the same product just a bigger/smaller size.
